Resida needed a brand identity that felt grounded, modern, and trustworthy, without leaning on the tired visual clichés of the real estate industry. The result is a clean wordmark paired with an abstract house icon, geometric and bold, built from sharp negative space that suggests a roofline in a single confident form. A warm, understated palette of off-white, deep near-black, and muted sandy tones brings a sense of home without sentimentality.
